Working Principle
The evaporative condenser is a high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchange equipment. It absorbs the heat of fluids in heat exchange coils through the evaporation of water films sprayed onto the outer surface of the coils, thereby condensing or cooling the fluids in tubes. Dry cold air enters from the lower air inlet, exchanges materials with the circulating water, absorbs heat and moisture, and is exhausted as hot wet air from the top. The majority of the circulating water falls back into the water collecting tank for re-circulation.
Key Features
1
Condensing Coil Set

Made of φ25mm(GB/T8163) seamless fluid pipe with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. The whole hot-dip zinc treatment enhances corrosion resistance and prolongs service life. Tilted design facilitates efficient liquid discharge.

2
Electronic Water-Curing Device

Equipped with electronic pulse technology to treat circulating water, providing effective anti-scaling, sterilization, and algae control.

3
Circulating Pump

Utilizes a high-quality mechanical seal for leak-free operation. Features an outdoor-specific motor with low power consumption, large flow, and low noise levels.

4
Set Up Type Dehydrator

Constructed from corrosion-resistant PVC. The structure reduces water drift rate to less than 0.001% by efficiently changing the flow direction of wet air.

5
Direct Axial Fan

Direct connection structure eliminates transmission loss from pulleys, ensuring a low failure rate and reduced operational noise.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What materials are available for the condensing coils?

A1: Our standard coils are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, but we also offer customization in Stainless Steel 304, 316, and 321 to suit different environmental requirements.

Q2: How does the electronic water-curing device work?

A2: It uses electronic pulse technology to treat the circulating water. This prevents scale buildup, kills bacteria, and controls algae growth, maintaining system efficiency.

Q3: Is the evaporative condenser suitable for outdoor installation?

A3: Yes, the unit is equipped with specialized outdoor motors and corrosion-resistant materials (like Ss/Superdyma/HDG) specifically designed for long-term outdoor operation.

Q4: What is the benefit of the direct axial fan design?

A4: The direct connection eliminates energy losses associated with traditional pulley systems, resulting in higher efficiency, lower noise levels, and reduced maintenance requirements.

Q5: How is the water drift rate controlled in this equipment?

A5: We use a high-efficiency PVC dehydrator. Its unique structure changes the air flow direction to capture moisture, reducing the drift rate to less than 0.001%.

Q6: Are your products certified for quality?

A6: Yes, our production processes and products are ISO certified, ensuring high standards of manufacturing and operational reliability.
